Qi Gong is considered to be one of the four main branches of traditional

medicine in China.

Qi Gong stimulates the optimal functioning of the medians and activates

breathing. The organs are trained instead of individual elements such as the muscles. The breathing and meditation technique is made up of a series of simple stances, combined with concentration on breathing.
